What it does
01
Build the whole week for one athlete: warmup, reps, recoveries, strides, cooldown. Save it as a template and apply it to the rest of the squad. Change one day and only that day changes.
02
They follow steps with your paces on them, not a line of text in a calendar. After it lands, Janma reads the week back and tells you what is actually there.
03
Completed runs come back on their own and attach to the day you planned them for. Each rep gets its own split, next to the pace you asked for, with heart rate drift across the set.
04
The roster sorts itself by who needs attention. Readiness reads what the athlete told you before it reads their watch, and background checks flag anyone whose data quietly stopped arriving.
Sunday, rewritten
The week is already on the watch. What used to be five hours of writing, chasing, and screenshots is now the message.

Week is on your watch. Tuesday is 8×400 at 4:00.

Templates, one week, the same paces. The roster tells you who needs a message. Sunday is no longer the job.
The coaching layer
The watch they already wear is how Tuesday arrives. The work is writing a week for a person, seeing what they actually ran, and knowing who on the roster needs you.
01
Dated sessions, coach-set paces, and structured work written for that athlete — not a generic calendar they have to interpret.
02
Planned against actual, plus the athlete’s own words. One computation, the same language on both sides of the roster.
03
Who needs a message, what next week looks like, and whether a watch went quiet — the work a coach does after the file arrives.
The athlete connects the watch they already own, once. Janma adds the plan, the matching, and the roster.
Questions
Nothing. There is no per-athlete fee for coaches and no seat count to manage. Your athletes pay ₹399 a month including GST for their own access.
No. They link the watch they already own in a free, one-time setup. You invite them, they set a password, their plan is there.
Planned workouts push to Garmin, COROS, and Suunto, and to Amazfit on supported models. Completed runs also come back from Polar.
Templates cover the sessions you repeat, and a week can be copied to another athlete. Paces are set once per athlete and every workout you build for them uses those.
Runs they already log to Strava still show up here, so an athlete can keep the app they use.
